7000et Platform Agreement

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Player", "you", "your") of the 7000et website located at https://7000et.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and communications operated under the 7000et brand ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7000et Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

7000et operates as an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform. The Platform accepts registrations from players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. 7000et makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, communication, or promotion published by 7000et, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by an authorised representative of 7000et.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 7000et Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when accessing the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and non-human entities are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that such participation would constitute a breach of local legislation.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on the 7000et Platform or any affiliated platform operated by 7000et.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets on the Platform.

7000et reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, or if satisfactory age verification documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, 7000et will suspend the account, void all transactions, and return deposits to the extent permitted. Any winnings accumulated during such a period will be permanently forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on the 7000et Platform — including depositing funds, participating in casino games, and placing sports bets — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not:

• Register more than one account per person. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including a false date of birth, false name, or false contact details.
• Register an account on behalf of another person or allow a third party to use your account.
• Register using an email address, phone number, or payment method that does not belong to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7000et will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 7000et operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all player accounts prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. You may be required to provide valid government-issued identity documentation (such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities on the account.

Players in Bangladesh may use their National ID (NID) card, passport, or other government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes. Supporting documents should be submitted in clear, unobstructed digital format via the account verification section of the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

7000et supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits:

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 7000et does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully verified KYC account. Accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process will not be eligible for withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to verification checks and daily processing schedules.
• 7000et reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems to require further verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits are subject to change at 7000et's discretion.
• Any bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

Anti-Money Laundering: 7000et operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that exhibits characteristics consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Accounts found to be engaged in or facilitating such activity will be permanently closed and relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7000et may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 7000et promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in each promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from them upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active on your 7000et account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: 7000et reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, stake manipulation, or coordinated betting designed to exploit the promotion.
• Changes and Cancellation: 7000et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6 User Obligations

By using the 7000et Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and all communications with 7000et support staff.
• You will keep your account login credentials confidential and will not share them with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
• You will promptly notify 7000et if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You will not attempt to access, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any part of the Platform's software, security infrastructure, or game logic.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or bypassing security measures.
• You will gamble responsibly and will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. You will only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and the use of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7000et Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud 7000et or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other systematic exploitation methods.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on any sporting event in which you have insider knowledge or in which you are involved in any attempt to fix or manipulate the outcome.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or to facilitate any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Harmful or Offensive Conduct: Using the Platform's communication tools (including live chat) to transmit content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to 7000et staff or other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

7000et reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• Detection of multi-accounting or any attempt to circumvent account-specific restrictions.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.
• Inactivity: accounts that have been dormant (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 7000et will notify the account holder via the registered email address before any administrative action is taken.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 7000et reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawal amounts, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature and severity of the breach.

If you wish to close your own account — whether for responsible gaming purposes or for any other reason — please contact the 7000et support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly, and all marketing communications will be ceased immediately upon activation of self-exclusion.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7000et and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or financial loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or any other cause outside 7000et's reasonable control.
• Any errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances caused by technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or human error, where 7000et corrects such errors promptly upon detection and notifies affected players.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, advice, or content published on the Platform that is later found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The 7000et Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7000et's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Governing Law

7000et operates as an offshore online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7000et is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your country or region of residence. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the 7000et Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7000et makes no representation that access to and use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction, including Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms, or your use of the Platform, that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 7000et's operating jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
